Your health and well-being are our absolute priority. Below is what we are doing to keep you safe during your consultation with us

Face to Face Consultations

In line with other heathcare facilities and hospitals, our clinicans continue to wear face coverings and use PPE where appropriate. After every appointment, thorough cleaning of treatment tables and equipment is performed.

PPE

All of our clinicians still may use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). What does that mean to you? It may look intimidating but it’s to keep you safe.  We may also ask you to wear a disposable face mask (which we will provide) to ensure we keep everyone safe.

Social Distancing

We now have individual waiting zones to allow you to wait for your appointment and social distance without hassle. Face masks are available in the waiting area for your comfort.

Hand Hygiene

We have hand sanitisation products located throughout the facility. We ask everyone to please use hand gel/wash hands on entry and exit.

Go Contactless

If your insurance company is not paying the bill then you can pay via our contactless terminal. Apple pay or Google pay means there is no nead to handle cash or even enter your pin code.

Online Appointments

If you feel unwell we can always switch you to a remote online consultation. That way we can still give you all the attention you require without having to leave home!
