Tracy Maunder MMACP, MCSP, MHPC

Founder Portland Physio/ Chartered Physiotherapist

Trained at Guy's Hospital, London and is a member of the Manipulation Association of Chartered Physiotherapists. Established Portland Physio in 1986 which has always been located in the West End.
Specialises in treatment and rehabilitation of lower limb pain and dysfunction with holistic approach to rebalancing musculo-skeletal problems.
Special interest in acute and chronic patello-femoral joint problems (knee cap pain).
Uses energy medicine which includes acupressure and chakra rebalancing.

Eugenie Halkema BSc(Hons) MCSP, MHPC

Senior Chartered Physiotherapist

Eugenie completed her BSc Honours degree at the University of Stellenbosch, South Africa in 1997.
She moved to the UK in 1998 where she developed a special interest in the treatment of musculo-skeletal and sports injuries.
Eugenie uses both manual therapy and specific rehabilitative movement retraining techniques to enable her clients to achieve optimal results.
She is trained in clinical pilates(Australian Pilates Physiotherapy Institute)
Eugenie participates in triathlons, practices yoga and is a keen tennis player.

Kelly Harry BSc(Hons) MCSP, MHPC

Senior Chartered Physiotherapist

Trained at King’s College, London. Qualified in 1999.
Special interest in treating sports injuries and rehab following orthopaedic surgery. Kelly has developed a functional and practical approach to adapt the science of physiotherapy to the needs of the individual. Manual therapy and specific exercise programmes are used.

Audrey Blouin BSc, MCSP, MHPC

Senior Chartered Physiotherapist

Qualified at the University of Montreal in 2007. Worked in Canada for 5 years treating ice hockey players and athletes in clinic and on the field. Has worked in the UK since 2012 and has a special interest in sports medicine and treating running injuries. Treatment includes evaluation, manual therapy and progressive exercises.

Lyn Breakwell CthA

Myofascial Release and remedial massage therapist

Lyn is qualified in myofascial release, deep tissue massage, reflexology and is a Reiki master.
She specialises in releasing the body's holding patterns, sports and postural dysfunction and rebalancing the body and mind to optimal function.
Lyn also specialises in targeted relief of chronic soft tissue pain caused by over training, tension or postural imbalance.

Hazel Mills BA

Practice Manager

Hazel deals with facilities, administrative and general account matters relating to the Practice. She also oversees the marketing and promoting of the practice.
